Construction Project for Implementation of Houses in Slavkov - Pod Zlatou horou

The subject of the diploma thesis is the solution of chosen parts of the construction technology project of the 1st phase of the construction „Komplex RD Slavkov, Pod Zlatou horou“. These are 4 semi-detached houses, overall 8 family houses. The work deals with technological regulations for the superstructure including roof, study of the realization of the construction technology project, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms and control and test plan. For the whole construction is elaborated time and financial plan in two variants, namely the gradual and current method of construction, and a detailed schedule for one semi-detached house. The technical report of the building site equipment is completed with the drawings, itemized budget of the building part of the house, noise study and specialization focused on the photovoltaic system, with an alternative solution to use solar collectors. The thesis also includes a case study of construction methods focused on the gradual and current method of construction.

Semi-detached House in Třebíč Nehradov

The subject of this Bachelor´s thesis is a semi-detached house. The Thesis is composed in a form of implementing project documentation. Designed building is situated on plots 135/147, 135/150 in Třebíč Nehradov in Podklášteří. Buildings are single-storeys with a residential attic and there aren´t cellars. The houses are merged by garages on the boundary . The emphasis is placed to design functional disposition of two separate residential units. There are two constructional systems of the building – Velox and Heluz. The roof construction is gabled with unusual shape. There are four sunroofs in the roof.

Dřevostavba rodinného domu v obci Nivnice

The bachelor thesis is focused on the elaboration of technical documentation for the creation of a massive wooden house of a family house character in the village of Nivnice, while respecting the local construction conditions given by the territorial plan and in accordance with the requirements of the valid norm and legislative environment in the Czech Republic. The designs of the layout and the spatial solution of the house are made in five variants, depending not only on the shape of the built-up area, but also on the house type (terraced house, detached house or semi-detached house) and the size of the land. These individual types of objects are then placed in the selected site according to the current surrounding build-up area. For the selected alternative - a two-family house and a specific plot, drawing documentation, including technical description and the setting of the approximate price of construction, is created. Part of the text is a calculation of the coefficients of heat transfer through the buildings cover construction.Formula clause:Prohlašuji, že jsem práci: Dřevostavba rodinného domu v obci Nivnice vypracoval samostatně a veškeré použité prameny a informace uvádím v seznamu použité literatury. Souhlasím, aby moje práce byla zveřejněna v souladu s § 47b zákona č. 111/1998 Sb., o vysokých školách a o změně a doplnění dalších zákonů (zákon o vysokých školách), ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a v souladu s platnou Směrnicí o zveřejňování vysokoškolských závěrečných prací. Jsem si vědom/a, že se na moji práci vztahuje zákon č. 121/2000 Sb., autorský zákon, a že Mendelova univerzita v Brně má právo na uzavření licenční smlouvy a užití této práce jako školního díla podle § 60 odst. 1 autorského zákona. Dále se zavazuji, že před sepsáním licenční smlouvy o využití díla jinou osobou (subjektem) si vyžádám písemné stanovisko univerzity, že předmětná licenční smlouva není v rozporu s oprávněnými zájmy univerzity, a zavazuji se uhradit případný příspěvek na úhradu nákladů spojených se vznikem díla, a to až do jejich skutečné výše.

Bachelor thesis deals with issues of interiors of family houses built by Bata Shoe Company in Zlin. The introduction part is devoted to historical events through which this form of living was created. The next part of the bachelor thesis describes individual types of houses, original layout and furnishing of interiors, thesis compares them with the current state and deals with possible reconstructions. The aim is total evaluation of apartment standard in retrospect. Author's own design of reconstruction of Bata semi-detached house has been created on this basis in the practical part. The draft is made in the form of model with drawings.
